This document forms the Conditions of Sale of goods and should cover most of the questions you may need to ask about purchasing from us at Clearly Unique.

All our items will be despatched to you in a beautiful gift box and your gift box will be wrapped in a protective bag to ensure safe and undamaged delivery.  There is no extra charge for the gift box.

Payments & Delivery Details

The checkout button on this site will take you directly to the Paypal site which is secure.  We do not receive any of your payment details except for those that are sent to us by Paypal to enable us to receive your payment and despatch the goods to you.
We do not store this information on our servers,

Ordering & Despatch

Orders placed on our website are for unique accessories, once ordered and paid for these will normally be despatched to you within two working days, however, at peak times this can be up to five working days.
We will Email you when we despatch the goods so you will be aware when they’re on the way.
If you order by mistake and wish to cancel your order, please contact us by Email as soon as possible.  If the goods have not been despatched already, then we will be able to cancel and refund you immediately.


We deliver to the UK mainland only by signed for mail.  Delivery is free of charge but unfortunately, we can’t give a  guaranteed  delivery time.  We send tracking information to you on despatch.

In the case of a package being damaged in transit, please inform us on your receipt of the goods by Email with photographs and we will begin the process of compensation.  We will sometimes issue a returns authorisation number for you to send the package back to us.  When  we receive the damaged item we will raise the claim with our carrier and we will refund/replace with an item of your choice

If you do not receive a parcel within seven days of your despatch advice, please contact us and we can check if the whereabouts of your item(s).  We will then issue a refund or an alternative product of your choice of the same value.


We want all our customers to be thrilled with their purchases, so all of our photographs of the items for sale reflect the true nature of the product and are not enhanced.  In reality, our products look better than they do on the photographs!

In the event that your item is not to your complete satisfaction, please contact us as soon as possible as we deal with every case of this kind on an individual basis.

Care of your item

Please follow the care instructions for your resin jewellery and it will last you a long time.  All our products are hand made and are rigorously inspected prior to being offered for sale so the likelihood of faulty items is near nil.

In the rare event that you do receive an item of inferior quality, please contact us with photographs and we will be happy to help.  We deal with all such cases on an individual basis.

In the case of damage to your product due to scratches or scrapes in wear, we can usually help.  Please send us a photograph of the damage by Email to enquiries@clearly-unique.co.uk with your enquiry and we will be able to advise you.
